Yes... actually i do believe in ghost... ive seen one with my own eyes. i believe it was the 21st of December 2006.... i had just got off Lackland AFB to start Christmas Leave. on out way back to my house my best friend of 18 years call mes to tell me that his child is about to be born. i go to see the child but it didnt seem like it was going to be born that night.... so they asked us to come back tomorrow. on my way out of the hospital i get lost trying to get out of the parking lot... i see this white van pass me by and i decided to follow it. it turns right and i follow and come with and inch of running into a cement wall. the two other people who were with my both asked at the same time "where did that van go" as i was say "did you guys just see that" i hightailed it outta they're found the eixt in panic, and then just as i was out of the hospital i get a call saying the baby was born and that i should come back and see it.. i parked somewhere else this time!!! but i swear that happened! oh and for you skeptical people... yes i had alcohol... no i had no drugs... however the alcohol was in the back of the car unopened!

ya i see ghost some times actuly mostly in dreams but once in real life it was a few weeks after my great grandmother pasted away supisingly it was my great grandfatherr but any way i do see ghosts some times

well im not sure but i belive in spirts and ghost. Well belive or nto but in childhood lot of things happened with me....1. When i was sleeping it was all quiet in my room... well i were about 7 or 8... i was sleeping with my father but then i waked up in middle of night.. and i saw something closing me slowly.. i had no freaking idea what it was... so i went under Blanket... and then i peaked again.. but it was still closing to me... when it was finaly very close to me... i screamed at it disappeared.... and father woke up... very weird 2.And evening i was i think 10 or 12 years old i went outside.. when i looked at other house next to mine old apartment... i saw something like red demon head floating... there were lot of other stuff also. 3. After i moved away since old apartment owned had to sell house... so we moved... in my new place i saw nothing at all. but about 1 or 2 years ago(i was 13/14) then i saw again something it was like again something closing me so that time i observed it.. it was creepy... but when my mother or it was father woke to go WC it randomly disappeared... well blive or not but thats 100% i saw...(well 2009/2010 i havent seen anything :() creepy but awesome -_-

I didnt see anything, but i know that there ae something somewere happening right now, since i read alot of ghousts stories i sometimes get a reaky dreams 'bout them, well now the dreams has stoped, so i really dont know if its true or not *shivers*

First off good Recs ..^_^.. Secondly.. Don't know if I believe in ghosts or not, other then nightmare's don't think I have seen any, but would love too. I do however believe there are things that can't be seen, to say that its a ghost or not I don't know. I do believe there are supernatural being out there but yet to have an experience.

WS your story is kinda of trippy and even if you were drinking (Would have to be a TON to mistake a wall for a van your following), another person also saw it. Have to say I would be kinda freaked out especially after almost hitting a wall. lol

One day, when I was on my laptop, some random dude kept on ringing the doorbell, but when I looked at our security camera monitor screen, nobody showed up....

Our school has a strict policy. never to leave doors open. we even installed that little thing on top that closes doors automaticall (forgot wat its called) i walked past one of the doors and it radnomly opened, there was no one in the rooms, all the chairs were pushed in. It opened all the way open, and slammed shut. Also in a house, there was woman crying, no one heard, and old house some1 stopming up the stairs and children laughing at bottom of stairs

My high school years. My high school was built on the grounds of a hospital where many WW2 veterans (especially Pearl Harbor victims) were sent there. And u know that when people go into hospitals, some die. Therefore, one of our yearly contests was to sit in a confined room with the lights out. To lose the contest, you had to scream "I QUIT I QUIT" before someone can take u out.

I participated and what seemed like a 20 minute period after I said "I QUIT" was actually 3 hours. I screamed I quit cause I heard unnatural voices >_>...and I know cause electricity was cut off and I was the only one in that building. I actually halluncinated. And I'm no drugger >_> wtffff...weird stuff xD

More than a couple, but i still don't believe it was a ghost even though there is literally no other explanation other than i was tripping hard with out any drugs... Any ways if refuse to believe it, it doesn't exist right?

I've seen one. At least, what seemed like one.

I think it was during the year of 2008...

I woke up one evening because I had nightmares. I flipped my cellphone up to check the time, since it was charging right next to where I lay.
It was around 3am-4am, and when I flipped it back down to go back to sleep again, I saw a figure in the corner (near the door) on the other side of the room.

I know it wasn't my dad, I heard him snoring in the room next to mine. As for my sister and mom, they were still on vacation in Hong Kong.
My window was shut (I had closed it right before I went to bed), and all the doors in the house were locked.

I stared at it a couple, still half asleep, and then I got creeped out. I still do believe that if you can't see them, they would leave you alone. So I did the most natural thing: throw my covers up over my head and cranked my ipod up full blast (i always sleep w/ my ipod on/next to me).
I never did fall back asleep.

I know for a fact that it wasn't a dream.

Ever since I was a child, I've always loved ghost stories and whatnot though they scare me sometimes. Our family believes in the supernatural a lot. I remember living in my grandmother's house which is some kind of outdated structure with mostly wood as walls on the upper floor. The house was surrounded by different kind of trees so the house is enshrouded by dark shadows at night. I've heard of different stories about the house like about the sound of typewriting at the room beside mine or someone wolf-whistling at you when you're the only one downstairs in the wee hours of night (something I've already actually experienced). These stories don't seem visual enough but I cannot shove off that there's someone not-like-us living in that house. But the fact that I cannot see them doesn't account that much. Instead, I just feel them there somehow. I remember when I was in my room. I was going to sleep and all and when I was slowly getting into slumber, my locked door swished open. I didn't freak out or anything but I felt very tense at that time so I shut my eyes closed very well. My room doesn't have the key-type of lock; it's just a latch that can be opened inside. The creepy thing about my old room was that it has floorboards and they creak when you step on them. So when the door opened, I wasn't really scared much until the floorboards started creaking incessantly towards my bed. I could remember the hot breath blowing on my skin and ears that night. When I couldn't take it anymore I slung over my blanket and couldn't help but cry. It didn't happen just one time. =.= Good thing I'm out of there.

Wow witch, while reading your story I felt like some1 is walking beside me, the freaky part is that I didnt see any1 just when I turned around as I said in my preavius post I still dont know if what happens around me are a dream ( day-dream or a sleep-dream ) or not, since no harm happened to me or my family :s

It was in my grandmother's house in the countryside when i was 8 years old.
I was sitting in my bed trying to fall asleep when suddenly i felt a chilly breeze.I suddenly knew that there was something in the house ... something different (a child's mind tends to sense these things). After that my eyes started to close on their own and i couldn't open them. I started to get freaked out and scream. After my eyes were closed shut i felt a cold hand on my leg.I woke up in the morning scared as hell ...

There was one night one key on the piano was being played over and over again. It was creepy, but when I went down there no one was around and everyone was sleeping. It def. wasn't our dog playing the piano either.

Theres always that fun feeling of being watched when you know your the only person in the house...thats my fav. I keep all the lights on in the house when that happens...and I'm 20 and still doing that.

witch... thats happened to me before... my sympathies, creepiest thing in the world. lotsa ghost stories from me, not enough space. its not cool to meet a ghost for you ppl who think it would be great

It would be hard not to having to live in a basement with that woman from the 1800 (I'd say 1720 from her clothes) stabed in the chest by a dagger like I do.

(P.S.:Me and one of my buddies can see ghost, chained souls and distinguish man-made daemons from the self-created ones)
(P.S.2:She say the ghost stories she's reading over my shoulder are "so funny they are deadly!"... I don't know what to say...)

I do believe in ghosts and things, but really it depends. I think I've seen ghosts a few times, but a lot of those times you could pass it as a trick of the light or something, but I don't think so. The experiences always seemed to creepy to pass off.
