SynopsisCeres was a tennyo (Celestial maiden) who came down from the heavens to bathe in a stream. She hung her hagoromo (robe) on a tree nearby, which was her key to returning to the heavens. But the robe was stolen and the man who had stolen it forced her to become his wife, thus producing a family full of human and tennyo blood mixed.
Now, in modern day time, Aya Mikage is a descendent of Ceres, and has quite an amount of tennyo blood. On her 16th birthday, she and her twin brother, Aki, are thrown a party. At the "party", Aya's grandpa plans to kill her, for she has tennyo powers unlike the rest of the family, and can actually become Ceres herself and destroy the Mikage family. Aya, however, can switch back, so this transformation happens quite frequently.
With protector Yuuhi by her side, it is up to Aya to control Ceres and keep her from coming back, but her relationship with an ex-worker for her evil grandpa may be a distraction.

Ceres
Ceres is also one of the main characters of the series. She was the Tennyo that reborned during Aya's 16th birthday. She had a misfortunate past with Shiso (Mikagi). She truly loves him that she even tries to become a real human just to be with him forever. Of all the maltreatment from Shiso to her, still she believes in him in some parts of her heart.
Touya
Touya, a man with no memory. He is Aya's savior and lover. He lost his past memory with Aya. Aya and Touya already met in the past 10 years, in search for her, he was bumped by a car and because of this accident, Kagami meant to use him by planting a false memory in his mind. He was created by the mana to help Ceres and in the end, he unleashed the mana and became a real human for the sake of his love for Aya and for the sake of his child.
Yūhi Aogiri
Yuuhi, was the person who saves Aya in the ritual where Aya had to be killed. He was appointed by his sister in law Suzumi to be Aya's protector. She finds Aya very irritating but later on, he falls in love with her, but understands that she loves Tooya more
Aki Mikage
Aki is Aya's twin brother, who never knew that he processes the self-image of the man who stole Ceres' harogomo. He is very caring to everyone especially to her twin sister but if the ego of the man who stole Ceres' harogomo starts to surface, he turns into a brutal man and would do anything to bring her woman back.
